Field Operations Crew Member

You are an upbeat individual with a diverse range of practical skills and a can-do- will-figure-it-out attitude. Time management, cheerful and effective communication, and slightly more than basic tech skills are your superpowers. You are at your best when your work is a little different every day, and you are trusted to make common sense decisions on the fly.

You are independent and resourceful, but you feed off the energy of a great team of people who love what they do, and expect a lot from each other. You have no problem following the systems and protocols in place, and don't mind sharing ideas of better ways of doing things.

The biggest part of the job is performing final on-site inspections of our beautiful properties prior to guests arrival. Using our checklist-app, you make sure everything is perfect.

DESIRED HARD SKILLS

Proficiency in basic office software platforms like Outlook, Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.

You can express yourself effectively through both writing and speaking, with clarity, intelligence, and good humor or cheer at the core of your communication skills

Critical thinking abilities for problem-solving

Bonus: Prior experience with rental platforms and associated property management software/processes

Part-time seasonal position: approximately 15-20 hours per week.

$18 per hour starting wage.

Number of hours can be flexible depending on your schedule. But typically must be available 11am - 4pm on working days.

Exceptional work performance can lead to a year round position, and increased hours.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years or older

Reliable transportation and Valid drivers license required

• Most days will include driving from property to property.

Some weekend availability is expected

High School diploma or GED is required

Some higher education preferred, but not required
